Top of the World Restaurant

Top of the World Restaurant

Top of the World is perhaps one of the most famous restaurants in the entire city of Las Vegas . It is essentially this city's version of the revolving restaurant located at the top of the CN Tower in Toronto with the exception that this restaurant does not revolve. It still provides a fantastic view however and from its high perch at the top of the Las Vegas Strip you can quite literally see the rest of the city if you get a table with the right view attached.

The food that is served at Top of the World is traditional American cuisine. This means that you can get all of the typical American food that you would expect to get in other parts of the country and that includes the steak items that tend to be specialty items in all of the Las Vegas restaurants that have them. While the food here is good, there is no question that you are going to have to pay a lot of money for it. The price here for a typical dinner would go from $50 to $75 depending on what you order and for that reason the excellent and succulent steak that you can get from Top of the World is nowhere near being the cheapest cut available.

As far as the restaurant itself is concerned, most people would look at this place as being a semi-formal setting. Reservations are not an absolute requirement to eat at Top of the World but at the same time they are a good idea as this place tends to get a little bit crowded as time goes on. Another thing to keep in mind is that you should dress in a semi-formal or business casual way when you visit the restaurant. The dress code is not strictly enforced but if you show up in a t-shirt and shorts you might get a few dirty looks from the staff as they like to maintain an overall ambience that is not conducive to that sort of thing. Overall however the atmosphere inside the restaurant is quite spectacular and the service is as well. The right balance between remaining attentive to diner needs and avoiding an overbearing presence is struck by the waiters in this restaurant and for that reason many people come back here a second time.

The selection at Top of the World is another thing to appreciate. You can get breakfast, lunch and dinner available at this restaurant throughout the day and you can even get special brunch deals when you decide to sleep in a few hours and then come downstairs. The restaurant is even open after midnight for people that come in from the casinos, allowing you to get a delicious steak dinner even when everything else has been closed down for the day. Add to this flexible payment options and it is quite easy to see why so many people feel like they're at the top of the world when they visit Top of the World Restaurant.
